~ Actually flexible work hours and work-life balance ~ Management is mostly sensible, logical and rational in dealing with issues ~ Excellent cross-team collaboration ~ Lots of challenging, competitive work opportunities and projects ~ Diverse colleagues and teammates with varied experiences and learnings

Cons

~ Team follows Agile work standards too much ~ Very high business pressure even on small requests ~ Disconnect between business (based abroad) and tech (based in India)
