Flexible timing, Leave friendly, Good projects, Recognises good work, Good perks, Good benefits for insurance and medical coverage compared to other market leaders

Cons

A few arrogant managers,your life at ABI will be good or bad totally depends on which project you are on and who is your manager.I think it's same for all companies.

Good perks,work life balance

Pros

Analytics based projects are good but not much exposer into DL,Ml and forecastings is what they use mostly.Project quality totally varies from team to team,overall good work life balance again depends on project you are in but in general its good.They care about the employees.Promotions and hike are good.Promotion can happen every year if you are worth it, same for hike.

Cons

If you are lucky to have good manager and lead then its a really good company.
