      Pros

      Union Benefits are decent and hard to match. Lots of opportunity for overtime. 8 hour shifts with no worries of taking work with you.

      Cons

      Favoritism, seniority-based, apathetic coworkers, no real path for career advancement. Poor training structure- training for skills as needed, but should be all around cross training.

      the company is very goal driven, and there is a strong focus on simple, direct goals.

      Cons

      the company culture dominates everything, and if you are not able to fit in, its very hard to work in the company over the long term, especially if you are new employee and you arent "young" (less than 35)
