The pay is not competitive and tend to blame employees for all the mistakes( typical Brazilian culture that the fault are always others?) Working at ABI is a nightmare, and soon you will find the HR doesn't keep the promise on package. ABI is never good at marketing or building a brand, it simply buys others' brands and distribute it in china based on the distribution channel. It is becoming more like a global beer distributor: we sell whatever drinks and brand that we can profit, beer, water, you name it.
