Great benefits, how ever they go up and down as ABInbev continues to find savings while trying to find their identity in the US.

Cons

Values employees straight from college(management program) over experienced employees. While I see the value of the program they push out experienced employees in management in order to make room for them. Their inexperience demotivates other employees and it delays them getting promoted as well. Also if you are not willing to move all over the United States they will get rid of you...just being very honest.

Very high turnover rate. No interest in developing employees, just moving them up or out. Work/life balance is a 2 on a scale of 1-10.

Always busy, beer is always flowing.

Cons

Management has little clue as to what is going on(mostly fresh college grads with no real world experience), constantly patting each other on the back and advancing in the company while leaving everything in worse shape for the people that actually produce and make the company.
