      Management is awful, especially the head boss. Treats her employees like crap.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Upward mobility is very easy if you work hard. Lots of opportunity to move around into different jobs and positions in many different departments.

      Cons

      High stress. Fast upward mobility makes it difficult for any sort of mastery so there are always lots of problems with management. Union environment makes getting things done hard and often causes a lot of discomfort or uneasiness at work. It's no longer anheuser busch so it's lost a lot of sense of pride and now is all about saving pennies.

      Good benefits, pay, company stock, etc.

      Cons

      rotating days and nights, 12-hours shifts, new managers hired with no experience, some employees are dishonest and do not seem to have any repercussions
