      Pros

      They compensate you extremely well. You get 48 free beers a month. If you fit the culture and are a workaholic, you will do well within the company.

      Cons

      50-60+ hour work weeks. Management emphasizing sales and strategy organizations over IT and business services. With that lack of emphasis, come lack of resources and high demands from internal customers.

      Pros

      I learned a lot at the job, and the people were great to work with. Benefits were very good, and there was a good vacation policy.

      Cons

      Very little job security, and when people leave the company or if they are let go, responsibilities fall on the people left behind. It can be overwhelming and there is very little work/life balance. They really only care about the bottom line, and not at all about the people who work for the company.
