      Free Monthly Beer, Benefits are Awesome, Pay is above average

      Cons

      Long hours, Drafting-Mandatory OT, Management is NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY, No Room to Grow w/in company. The lack of leadership. Production over Safety!

      Pros

      You work with great co-workers. Bonuses are great if they don't keep changing the "term" on what to sell.

      Cons

      The company is so involved with itself and the higher up's that they could care less about their employees. Even if you been there for years they put them selves above you. Seems like there is no trust in their employees they track your every move via iPads/ company vehicles. Also younger kids out of college get the jobs that you want through their global management program, so you get over looked even if you have a degree.

      Pros

      I'm basically my own boss. Flex schedule, self managed. Parking paid. Some good coworkers that share same vision of creating good work.

      Cons

      Unorganized company. No sales force to bring in new work. No account team to help manage. Owner is terrible delegator.
