Pros

Salary, hours, work life balance.

Cons

Verbal abuse, vindictive and manipulative upper management chain, no room for growth. Almost exclusively white and European old boys club that uses people lower on the corporate ladder as scapegoats for personal career growth.

Pros

Company is very good in all departments except DATA ENGINEERING

Cons

This review is only for DATA ENGINEERING (Operations Team) Work: 1. Third class work, only operations and monitoring jobs. 2. No visibility within the tower as your value is equal to labor. 3. Cross skilling here means working on the operations works in multiple towers, that means more work load. 4. Don't expect any work based on your skills even if you are promised because I saw a lot of people struggling for their skill related work here. 5. Your entire career will be in toss if you joined this team. 6. You won't be able to make any career growth here bcoz senior management never allows to move to another team. The only option you will be left with is resign and leave. Work Life Balance: 1. Zero because the quality of work is zero, so you will be struggling always. 2. You will be working for two resources but paid for one, in case you are joining negotiate double the salary because that will be the first and last salary you will get here. 3. Less resources and more managers here, so micro level management and monitoring. Senior Management: 1. Doesn't care about employee who are working their blood and sweat. 2. Very good in giving excuses to the team rather than supporting in any aspect. 3. Only talks about broader and future plans nothing on the current situation. 4. Violation of all the organization policies, none are followed. 5. Your concerns will be ignored smartly and will promise something that wouldn't be given to you. 6. They will screw the career and never let you grow. Forget about opportunities here. 7. Engagement survey results will contain only things that went well. Compensation: 1. People who joined 2 years back still waiting for hike and bonus to come. 2. You can get promotions and hike but that is when you join some other team within AbInBev. 3. The top management doesn't care because they are getting what they need and employees don't deserve bcoz they are donkeys. 4. You won't get a salary hike bcoz all your budget is over feeding the senior management. Don't fall for product based company, it is a third class service culture that is followed within the tower here.
