Management training program is ineffective and heavily utilized- leads to inexperienced managers who have little to no sales skills meaning their teams cant rely on them for help Low Pay relative to amount of work and other positions at a similar level. People who work are above you will work less hours, have easier targets and vastly less responsibilities A promotion does not increase commission potential but rather just a meager increase to base salary.
