      Pros

      Large FMCG entity. Global player with opportunity to travel. But limited to special roles. Work with large beer brands locally and globally.

      Cons

      Too many systems that don't speak to each other. Salary below market related entities in FMCG. Minimal work life balance. Bonuses few and far apart. Internal recruitment processes are subjective. Job scope not clearly defined.

      Pros

      Base Salary is not great, but you can make that up with over time- as long as you don't care about your weekends. You'll get a lot of experience because no one knows what they are doing. You'll get free beer but I'd rather pay for my beer and work somewhere decent. And you'll hear about new products from people outside of work before senior management knows or disseminates the information.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work life balance. On call 24hrs/day. Company is currently in the process of "weeding" out anyone who didn't leave during the first buy out, and replacing with college kids at half the cost and less than half the experience. Pushing everything down to the technicians so salaried people don't have to know anything about the process. It's only a matter of time till more salaried jobs are on the cutting block. Was once a great place for a career- InBev fixed that!!
