      Pros

      Competitive salary, free beer, good atmosphere in the plant, collaborative, above average health and dental benefits, smart people working at the plant in Windsor, CO.

      Cons

      Lack of raises, promise of variable comp that doesn't happen, you're only promotable if willing to relocate, very high turnover due to poor morale and lack of work life balance, not a family friendly company, you need to be a type A male to succeed, company doesn't care about the people, due to high turnover there are kids in very senior positions without the proper experience

      Pros

      A very fast paced and action packed program that combines intensive learning opportunities with great networking experiences and a strong mentorship program. The group that you enter with quickly becomes like family and hanging out with them after work is a great way to relax.

      Cons

      The program does expect you to be active in exploring learning opportunities outside of work. That being said you are the one who most benefits from putting extra time and I highly recommend doing so.

      -competitive pay -overtime opportunities -fast-paced ever-changing environment

      Cons

      -low salaried and union labor engagement with top management doing nothing about it -long days (minimum 10hrs) with no lunch break -non-stop demand of never doing enough -upper management has no work-life balance and therefore pushes that onto lower managers -zero work-life balance
