      Pros

      Being part of the Anheuser Busch team provided access to vast resources and assets. The role was built as a feeder into the vast AB jobs network.

      Cons

      In the first year of a sales force in a new business unit, there were definitely some kinks that needed ironed out. The program didn’t feel fully baked at launch.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to get in full time. Employee turnover is extremely low. Proof that it’s a company worth staying in.

      Work environment is similar to a high performing sports team. Strong players, solid pay, winning mentality on teams. Mediocrity is not tolerated which ensures everyone carriers their weight.

      Cons

      Very selective with incoming talent. Does lead to open positions for longer period of times which creates higher temporary workload.
