Appreciate in retrospect the broader corporate culture, which is well-attuned to non-financial risk and takes systemic and progressive stances on its responsibility in society and value chains.

Cons

Org culture can vary widely from function to function (e.g., supply vs procurement). Felt the college recruitment tactics (in supply) were a bit predatory and lacked honesty.
