      It was an environment where you could make a 30 yr career.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, many there should not have stayed as long as they did. Created a lot of 'fat' in payroll.

      Cons

      College degree can be barrier to promotion, quick growth can result in uncompetitive pay versus others doing the same work

      Great people , benefits, and mediocre pay

      Cons

      Poor senior management and communication. Extremely bureaucratic. No work/life balance, Misleading bonus structure that changes every year and rarely pays out. Pay doesn’t justify the amount of stress one will endure
