Pros

•Doesn’t require working directly with customers or the public. •Primarily work alone. •Opportunity to make great money if you’re willing to work overtime on the weekends and holidays. • Great Benefits

Cons

•Incompetent & Unsupportive Managers; they are hired just out of college and typically only stay in a position for 6-12 months. Before moving into their new position though, they “train” their replacement while still having no clue as to what they are doing. •Requires to work rotating and/ or off shifts. •Very HOT and Humid environment. •Loud •Can be forced to work weekends and holidays.
