Great pay, decent amount of holidays, lots of responsibility and growth opportunities.

Cons

If you work at one of the breweries, get ready to work your butt off, essentially 24/7. Get ready to babysit a lot of grown men (aka union brewers) and work in a very unprofessional environment most of the time. Don't expect to get any sympathy from your managers or anyone else really, if you're tired or stressed.

Always open to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas/suggestions to already built processes Straightforward and informal culture Deliver results and build strong leadership skills and you can grow Company places bets on people even if they are not 100% ready for the next challenge

Pros

Being able to tell your friends you work for Anheuser-Busch always was exciting as everyone knows Bud-Light. Two cases of beer a month.

Cons

No room for growth. AB advertises itself as a meritocracy, but I never saw any follow through with that statement. There are constantly people getting hired and quitting because nobody wants to stick around. They did a great job of pumping you up at meetings, but after a while you realize it's all just talk and nothing will come of it. So focused on reaching quota that it seems everyone is constantly yelling at one another for one thing or another. I still hold out hope that the mainland is more organized, but it was not worth sticking around to find out.
