      Fast-paced growth with results You are trusted to own big-scale projects Ability to cross functions easily - it's not uncommon to jump from sales to finance to marketing Very good benefits (cheap and good health care, 8.5% 401K match, free beer) Casual/informal work environment - jeans are the norm Very good development programs for recent grads (GMT, functional programs, GMBA)

      The pace of business is fast, which can be energizing but frustrating Because of the focus on delivering results and moving fast, those who need robust structure and systems can find it difficult to onboard quickly Costs are tightly managed and a lot is expected of teams
