      Cons

      Technical, product, and leadership staff, with a few exceptions, lack necessary experience. Leads to a lot of chaos and wasted effort.

      Toxic, bureaucratic, heartless, no work-life balance

      Fast paced environment, decent salary

      Cons

      One person at the top makes most decisions. The same people who will give you positive feedback and tell you that you are a top performer will be the ones laying you off. Zero work life balance. Working early mornings, nights, and weekends is the norm and is encouraged. Taking PTO is frowned upon. You will be required in the office more than 5+ days a week but take every meeting from your desk on zoom because there are no conference rooms.
