      Working here is like an abusive relationship. They treat you poorly, but give you free stuff to stay.

      Cool people, free beer once a month, casual environment

      Cons

      biannual "audits" that are a complete waste of time and cause the office to stress for months in advance to impress recent college grads and convince them that you are doing your job well.
