Pros

Someone once told me there are two types of companies: soccer teams and swim teams. On soccer teams, everyone contributes, it is very hard to attribute success or failure to individuals, everyone is aligned and wins together. On swim teams, athletes try to maximize their performance, they put all their effort to being the best and fastest they can, and they prioritize personal results. Yeah, at the end of the day they look up at the scoreboard and celebrate if their team won, but, being honest, what matters first are their personal results. On swim teams heros are everything, on soccer teams the team is everything. Anheuser-Busch is a swim team.

Cons

To play in the open market as a swim team means you better win every damn meet, because over time, the worse the team does the less and less competitive the tournaments they get invited to are. I don't know about you but regardless of how many olympians on the team there are, if you find yourself sliding towards the kid pool, do you really want to be in that company?

We recognize there is always room to improve and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We are building a company to last, and that can only be achieved with the support of talented colleagues with increasingly diverse backgrounds. Our senior leaders have worked their way up through the organization, and delivered strong results for our company throughout their careers. They bring a wealth of experience, from the U.S. and different zones, which provide fresh ideas and diversity of thought to our business. It is our culture to challenge the status quo. We pride ourselves on never being satisfied, and it is that drive that fuels our desire to make our company even stronger.
