      Staff is great. Health Insurance amazing. Free Beer of the month. Great pay for the job.

      Lots of wear and tear on my personal vehicle. Early morning 4:00AM shift starts. working hours 9plus

      Great people, collaborative culture. Large global company where you can have an impact and always be challenged & learning. Plus, beer!

      Cons

      Volatility in bonus payout which comprises a large share of total comp. There's been recent actions based on feedback to change the comp structure to be more consistent in the future, big step in the right direction
