Great benefits, generous company match, strong culture of Lean Six -Sigma (VPO) and a generally value-aligned organization. Appreciate in retrospect the broader corporate culture, which is well-attuned to non-financial risk and takes systemic and progressive stances on its responsibility in society and value chains.

Cons

Org culture can vary widely from function to function (e.g., supply vs procurement). Felt the college recruitment tactics (in supply) were a bit predatory and lacked honesty.

Being part of the Anheuser Busch team provided access to vast resources and assets. The role was built as a feeder into the vast AB jobs network.

Cons

In the first year of a sales force in a new business unit, there were definitely some kinks that needed ironed out. The program didn’t feel fully baked at launch.
