You get a lot of exposure to a broad set of projects and brands very quickly. You also have an enormous amount of ownership and relatively large budgets.

Cons

There is an expectation that you are “always on“ (weekends, during vacations, etc), and that you will give everything to the company, even as you see the company fire people who give it all on a frequent basis.
