Lots of opportunities for growth if you want to put in the time.

Cons

I worked in the corporate headquarters and have never had an employer that provided so little to its employees. We were expected to provide our own telephones for business purposes. No cell phone and no phone inside of your cubicle. I also had to do frequent in town travel and was putting 100 miles on my vehicle a week and was told that they do not compensate for mileage in town.
