Great people, collaborative culture. Large global company where you can have an impact and always be challenged & learning. Plus, beer!

Cons

Volatility in bonus payout which comprises a large share of total comp. There's been recent actions based on feedback to change the comp structure to be more consistent in the future, big step in the right direction

Decent pay. Flexible hours. Brand recognition...which isn't always a good thing

Cons

Not for everyone. You should be ready to perform at a high level on day one. There is a lot of employee turnover, especially in the first 2 years of in-position. It is hectic and extremely difficult to gain footing. This is NOT the Anheuser-Busch of old. It is a European company.
