Pros

Lots of responsibility with relatively little industry experience. If you know how to work the internal politics, you can get promoted quickly.

Cons

They struggle with Diversity and Inclusion. Internal politics leads them to reward people who aren't always the most effective. HR Team does not allow you to negotiate salaries.

-a lot of politics -poor manager support -up or out culture with too much turnover
