Pros

Nice benefits, perks, great 401k opportunity

Cons

-Sales division is still hugely based on nepotism -Constantly rearranging departments, as well as "creating" then "consolidating" roles. Management is forever terrified of losing their own jobs so it's every man out for himself. -Stock has taken a hit. Cannot keep up with craft beer trends. Always purchasing breweries 2 years too late. -Capped commission

Pros

The best thing about the company is the lack of a structured hierarchy- of course there are people in higher/more managerial positions than others, but aside from job title and day to day responsibilities, it really feels like an even playing field. The open office setting provides strong rapport among coworkers, the casual attire allows you work your best (because you feel your best!), and the opportunities for growth are seemingly endless. It's easy for companies to preach about their culture on a webpage, but it's difficult to roll out in real life- Anheuser-Busch doesn't just talk about the company culture, they live it. Oh, and our amazing line-up of products doesn't hurt either! The world of beer is an exciting one, and I wouldn't want to experience it with any other employer.

Cons

The work is consistently challenging, and the work loads are demanding. BUT you will always have the resources you need to succeed, and the hard work makes the successes even sweeter.

Get Ready to Work

Pros

Great pay, decent amount of holidays, lots of responsibility and growth opportunities.

Cons

If you work at one of the breweries, get ready to work your butt off, essentially 24/7. Get ready to babysit a lot of grown men (aka union brewers) and work in a very unprofessional environment most of the time. Don't expect to get any sympathy from your managers or anyone else really, if you're tired or stressed.
