      Having ownership and full accountability on projects that are impactful to the business. Always open to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas/suggestions to already built processes Straightforward and informal culture Deliver results and build strong leadership skills and you can grow Company places bets on people even if they are not 100% ready for the next challenge

      Not Your Average Corporate Gig ... And That's Good!

      Pros

      Our informal "jeans" culture may seem trivial from the outside - but it really breaks down corporate bureaucracy and helps us focus on actually getting things done. I love that we challenge ourselves to step outside our comfort zones and that we allow our People to take on stretch roles rather than pigeon-holing them into predefined traditional career paths.

      Cons

      It's not for everyone, I've seen folks come from more static corporate structures heavy on routine and hierarchy who could not adapt to our culture. Historical combinations have resulted in too many systems that aren't always in sync which can be frustrating at times.
