There is no other brewery experience in the world quite like an Anheuser-Busch brewery tour. Thank you for your work, and for sharing your review!

Pros

Good benefits & free beer. If you work 60-70 hours a week you are in line for a promotion.

Cons

Work life balance is terrible & it will never change. Thus, a constant revolving door of people. IT and data is antiquated and waste a lot of time on non-value added tasks. Bonuses are terrible and not worth all the hours you put in.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We recognize that there is always room to improve and are working to identify and close these gaps across our organization. In the meantime, we recommend working with your manager to review and prioritize tasks that can help create more balance. Your feedback is appreciated.

Pros

Someone once told me there are two types of companies: soccer teams and swim teams. On soccer teams, everyone contributes, it is very hard to attribute success or failure to individuals, everyone is aligned and wins together. On swim teams, athletes try to maximize their performance, they put all their effort to being the best and fastest they can, and they prioritize personal results. Yeah, at the end of the day they look up at the scoreboard and celebrate if their team won, but, being honest, what matters first are their personal results. On swim teams heros are everything, on soccer teams the team is everything. Anheuser-Busch is a swim team.

Cons

To play in the open market as a swim team means you better win every damn meet, because over time, the worse the team does the less and less competitive the tournaments they get invited to are. I don't know about you but regardless of how many olympians on the team there are, if you find yourself sliding towards the kid pool, do you really want to be in that company?

At Anheuser-Busch, we believe in hiring the best talent, investing in our people, and growing together. We judge our success by the quality and work of our teams, not on individual performance. We apologize that you didn’t feel you had this experience, and appreciate you taking the time to share.
