Pros

Good competition and experience in production

Cons

Union environment is difficult to work with. Long hours and weekend work mandatory. Also rotating shifts every month are hard to get use to.

Thank you for providing us with feedback. It’s great to hear that you embrace the challenges each day can bring. Communication between sales and logistics has been a major focus and we continue to work on initiatives to help close any gaps. Know that this will continue to be a priority for the team and an action plan is in place to further improve collaboration across functions.

Pros

Awesome pay and benefits, opportunity to try many different jobs

Cons

Do not work in supply -you work in a garbage dump 50-60 hours per week, with an extremely limited budget, difficult culture, unrealistic expectations.. all while being paid the same salary as someone in corporate or sales that works 35/40 hours. No diversity whatsoever.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As part of our culture of ownership, we practice zero based budgeting and encourage employees to treat the company’s money as if it were their own. Each department and team prioritizes investment based on their needs and goals. With that said, this should never hinder teams’ abilities to get their work done. We encourage you to work with your peers and managers to identify gaps and bring actionable ideas to the department.
