      Bombarded by overbearing corporate standardization methods from overseas ideals. High Turnover, no loyalty!!

      Free beer, plenty of work experience

      Cons

      They promote corporate strategies that debilitate the workforce and weaken management. Their unions create poor morale. All aspects of the budget and maintenance programs are controlled by outside groups which strains the ability to receive parts or perform maintenance properly.

Our company’s zero based budgeting (ZBB) approach is used by our Business Process Managers to effectively allocate resources based on priority to the business. It’s important that we create processes and routines to develop efficiency without hindering local teams’ abilities to get their jobs done. We recognize that there is always room to improve and encourage our colleagues to highlight gaps and identify ways of improving.
