      Pros

      Company is investing and branching out to other products besides beer. Plenty of opportunities to grow quickly within the company.

      Cons

      Lack of work-life balance. Excess turnover in senior management. Excess bureaucracy due to lack of clear ownership and many of those at headquarters not empowered to make decisions.

      great benefits, but raises are non-existent

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not good. Salaried employees work a lot of hours and do more with less. Career advancement is great if you are willing to relocate.
