Pros

Lots of work. Interesting process. A great opportunity.

Cons

First line supervision is undermanned and freakishly inexperienced and naive. Adds up to a lot of inefficiency and very poor morale amongst older workers who are obligated to try and sheppard young supervisors through the complexities of running a modern Brewery. Not to mention dangerous. Especially, if supervisor is thin skinned and is not receptive to well intentioned advice or in need of showing their competence by using excessive discipline to "control" their employees.
