      Pros

      Stability,overtime, 2 free cases of beer per month, you get to work for a well known and respected company. Pay is okay.

      Cons

      Not a pleasant work environment i.e., working in extreme temps, uncomfortable shoes and noise level. Be prepared to constantly fix broken machines.
