Pros

Great portfolio of brands, pay and benefits. Ability to move up within the company if you are mobile. Tons on contractor job to get a foot in the door.

Cons

The region office is very uncomfortable. Full time positions are 60+ hours a week and very high stress.

Pros

It is very hard to think of any pros. There are some great people who work here but senior management ruins the entire work experience here.

Cons

Contractors are treated and referred to as "second class citizens".

Pros

Ability to quickly move within the company if you are mobile. Compensation - Health insurance, 401K match, 2 cases of beer/month, environment, and new parental leave policy!! Plans by upper management are visible to all employees during quarterly calls.

Cons

Training is all on the job so it is important to ask questions to understand the process. My team did not have flexible hours. My line managers did not challenge me.
