      Great atmosphere very fun environment and remote work is offered for Key Account Managers

      Cons

      Expectations are very high on performance even when brand health is in decline, we are expected to grow. Constant layoffs each year, it's hard to feel safe.

      Good coworkers, bad leaders

      Pros

      Modern technology adoption. HR does a good job of hiring smart and talented coworkers, but they're quitting at an increasing rate. High levels of "brain drain". Benefits are good, 8% 401k match

      Cons

      The leaders in North America, especially in Tech, are an out of touch on-size-fits-all dictatorship. The entire department spends at minimum 30% of the time in meetings, "rituals" and "leap week" including jr. engineers stifling progress. Earlier this year they imposed RTO and wish for full 5 day office. Raising concerns that the remaining top talent will increasingly depart - most cite these reasons - are met with indifference.
