      Pros

      AB is a great company to work for and full of challenges. Laid back environment but hard work is a priority. Pay is excellent if you're an FTE

      Cons

      Contractors work harder than FTE and are paid with peanuts. You can contract forever and they won't offer permanent job. Even if they feel you're a great asset.

      Beer, stable company, good benefits

      Cons

      Company is too big after the InBev buyout. Cost cutting policies are embarrassing to those that interact with vendors. They basically don't pay their bills in order to make targets and bonuses. With beers sales declining yet profits keep increasing, how long can that stay sustainable?
