      Pros

      Anheuser-Busch InBev is a great place to work. There are so many very talented people working with this company. Cutting edge in all they do. I am very proud to be a part of such a fantastic team.

      Cons

      I really have nothing negative to write about Anheuser-Busch InBev. It would be greatly appreciated if the company would adopt a style of management company wide which would promote from within the.ranks more and work on long term retention of excellent employees.

      Offer decent health insurance and 401k. Finally allowed to purchase company stock again.

      Cons

      You are expected to do things exactly as Upper management wants or you will be gone. There is absolutely no room for personal opinions or thoughts of a different approach. Cuts in pay?? Yes please! Expect them unless you want to relocate across the country. This is NOT a safe and welcoming company for women as sexual harassment is a daily occurrence.
