Pros

The challenges are endless at AB fixing all the brewing/packaging systems in place. You can learn a lot and dive in as much as you want to when repairing or installing systems. The wages are getting more mediocre as raises are insultingly low compared to inflation. Vacation and benefits are good. 401k match use to be 6% now 3%. pension is nice but it will be going away in near future. If you want to make the $, you must work lots of OT.

Cons

This company runs as if it may close next year. They don't properly staff and supply the workforce with proper training, parts and manpower. Most of the process equipment is inadequately installed/repaired due to lack of knowledgable management, funds and resources. This company is trending downward as the compensation packages are not keeping pace with inflation and industry standard.

Pros

Free beer. Not much else to say.

Cons

Worst management I have ever seen. HR will act like they are listening but really only hear who is actually paying them to listen. Do NOT step over the invisible boundaries they have lying around or you could get a write up or easy enough just get fired.
