      Great beer! Many great people.

      Cons

      Toxic environment as a result of poor financial performance of the company as a whole. Marketing fails to connect with the consumer. Sales fails to connect with the customer. Bureaucracy stifles innovation while crippling long term productivity of Supply.

      Great benefits - vacation, 401k, healthcare, etc.

      Cons

      Senior managers appear more interested in checking boxes instead of actually solving bottom line issues. Culture promotes mobile candidates instead of veterans with the local leadership talent pool.

      Good over the bad.

      Pros

      An amazing job for a young person. Great company with amazing social benefits, travel opportunities, food and beverage events and so on...

      Cons

      Some of the sales programs were shady. If you don't have good management from the first level the job will be difficult. Support is necessary in the alcohol business and nobody wants to train. Knowledge of beer does not matter.
