      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for employees willing to go the extra mile. Fun environment with the expected perks of working in a brewery.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is seriously lacking. 12-13 hours days are not uncommon. Lots of opportunity to allow employees more job autonomy.

      Under Pat Stokes' Leadership this was the most amazing company to work for

      Pros

      When I was there we treated very well (great travel budgets for instance, tickets to major music and sporting events) in exchange for an average salary without much bonus or YTY COL raises and very long hours. Prestige of brand was an incredible door opener. Everyone took your calls and your business needs were the highest priority.

      Cons

      They expected you to be completely devoted to the company - your career must be the center of your universe. You should answer calls and emails in the middle of the night (officers of the company would want to rant immediately) even though nothing could be worked on until other businesses and vendors opened the next morning. You were expected to fall in the line of duty, so to speak.
