      Pros

      The people and the product. Lots of responsibilities, fast-paced environment. Open office environment fosters communication within your department and cross-functionally.

      Cons

      Long working hours due to such a lean staff. While open offices are great for communication, it can be somewhat of an issue attempting to secure office space for confidential conversations.

      Pros

      Union protection from management who is looking for a way to take away every piece of you.

      Cons

      On the non-union side the pay is terrible!! The healthcare has decreased every year since InBev has taken over. No one works as a team anymore, worried for their own positions.
