Pros

Competitive salary, good benefits, good people at the local level.

Cons

Corporate America at it's worst. All about the money and squeezing every last drop out of people and products. Work-life balance is non-existent. Instead of working 50 hours a week it was 55-60 hours. Was expected to be on call at all hours and on weekends, but not given a phone. Hourly employees were treated as assets, not people. It was not a company I was proud to be a part of.

Pros

Profitable industry. Very diverse business that varies from state to state,

Cons

Lack of commitment and respect for employees. A company focused on making money at all costs even if it means alienating the workforce.
