Pros

Good pay and benefits. Free beer.

Cons

Very toxic work environment before and after InBev. Not worth the money. Employees and management can be mean, surly, back-biting, ruthless and homophobic. The only reason people stay is for the money, but a lot are miserable. You see these senior managers post glowing reviews, and it's not true.

Pros

Big bonuses for upper managers (top 6 or so in each brewery) Tons of overtime Up to 8 weeks vacation (not for salary types, new hires top out at 4 weeks)

Cons

Banker upper managers only care about $$$ and nothing else. Large turnover in "group" managers because they are expected to do the impossible Management bent on cost and job cutting without regard to long term effect on product quality.
