      AB Inbev without classic Budweiser benefits and compensation

      Pros

      Over-time is available to almost all employees when they want it.

      Cons

      Pay rate and benefits are no where near the normal rate for other AB In-Bev facilities. The Houston Brewery, located less than a mile away, has employees that perform the same work and get paid 4 to 6 dollars more per hour. Benefits are not on par wit the rest of the AB Inbev family of companies. The mandatory draft policy can cause you to work several days past your required shift, which is a pain after you have worked 3 12-hour shifts.

      Pros

      two free cases of beer per month, fun learning environment, tasting experience not relegated to brewmasters or certain managers, global opportunities, engineers and scientists have interesting roles

      Cons

      male dominated, very few underrepresented minorities in upper management, some favoritism (maybe unlike any other company in that way), 24/7 and 365 shifts and monitoring needed (as with any biological process)

      Pros

      Pay, pay, and oh yeah did I mention pay. Also a good secure company to work for.

      Cons

      Having no life on weekends, no guarentee that you will get shifts on the weekends, and takes a long time to get full time and if you do get full time be prepared to work night shift alot
