      Pros

      Pay is good but bonuses are variable and not usually given out.

      Cons

      Work life balance/unreasonable expectations of hours at work. Minimum 10 hours per day.

      A good start for a career

      Pros

      - Challenging experiences - Good upward mobility - Excellent coworkers - Free beer - Unlimited overtime opportunity for extra compensation - Schedule can be very flexible (see cons)

      Cons

      - If in a brewery, 0 work life balance - mandatory weekends, good if you want more money, bad if you want more time - long hours during the week (50-60hrs) - do more with less mentality - high turnover rate due to burnout - minimal support system, sink or slowly drown - on call 24/7 necessary to be present at odd times (all the time) - work on holidays - production employees are aging and management is younger - Not given the resources to do your job properly
