      You work with amazing people, but pay needs to be increased.

      Pros

      I have made amazing friends at this company, and they have given me the opportunity to travel the country as well as to relocate (both were things that I was seeking in a company). The core principles that guide the company are really strong, and you also get a ton of swag working here!

      Cons

      You work pretty long hours, and especially being in a field support role, your availability is expected to be before and after typical working hours. Additionally, the pay is a bit below what the standard is for the role.

      Good salary, work with good people, good PTO. Overall enjoyed my time at the company

      Cons

      Everything was good, nothing was exceptional. The compensation was good, nothing spectacular. Same with time off policies, work life balance etc.
