Pros

The retirement package and health benefits are second to none. The access to concerts and sporting events are top notch.

Cons

The sales expectations are unrealistic in a down economy. Week upper management staff and too much nepotism throughout the company.

Pros

Big name, well known. Most managers are technically competent and can be a great source of information. Large network of breweries, if interested in relocation.

Cons

No real upward mobility at this point. New company structure is much tighter than old, hard to get promoted. Cutting costs and funds through all depts- increasing paperwork, decreasing salaries, increasing responsibility and expectations and decreasing payout. Recently cancelled pension system. Not a great place for women to work. Union facilities. Have disbanded the previously large corp engineering department - less career options available - management or nothing, really. No real capital projects in the pipeline for a few years.
