      Pros

      Great Benefits, fun industry, internal camaraderie, access to company perks (if you know the right people). If you get fast-tracked/liked you can grow very fast

      Cons

      High bonus potential is a promised from day 1, but what you get on average is less than 40% of it. Your career depends on people liking you and not what you deliver (extremely biased management). Culture in the NY CSO is toxic, so try going to the field or STL office.
